  • Hotels: Refund eligibility for hotel bookings depends on the cancellation policy of the hotel. Bookings made under “non-refundable” conditions are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of extenuating circumstances.
  • Car Rentals: Car rental bookings are subject to the rental company’s terms and conditions. Refunds may be available for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.
  • Tour Packages: Refund eligibility for tour packages varies by provider. Typically, cancellations made outside the cancellation window may result in a partial or non-refundable payment.
